Nassau County's Quiet Side of the Water
Salty Pineat Terra Lake
A laid-back lakeside RV resort just off I-95, stay a night, a month, or settle in for the season. The fish bite, the fire pits stay lit, and nobody's in a hurry.

A soft landing
A quieter kind of getaway.
Salty Pine sits where the pines meet the water, just far enough off the highway to feel like you've actually gotten somewhere. Pull in for a weekend, post up for the month, or make it your home base for the season, full hookup sites, a pool for the kids, a lake for the rest of us, and just enough quiet to remember why you hit the road in the first place.

In their own words
What people say after they leave.
We pulled in past dark on a trip down to Orlando and were back on the road by nine the next morning, but it might've been the easiest stop we've made all year.

passing through
Our kids found the pool before we even finished unhooking. Quiet at night, friendly faces during the day, exactly what we needed after a long week.
The Alvarez Family
Jacksonville, FL
We came down for the winter and ended up staying through spring. Shaded sites, good fishing, neighbors who wave, and close enough to Amelia Island that we made a day trip out of it whenever we felt like it.

Getting here
Easy to find.
Tucked into the pines of Nassau County, Florida, just minutes off I-95 near Yulee, one of the first exits you'll hit crossing into Florida from Georgia, so it's an easy first stop or last stop on a long haul. Good to know
Questions, answered.
Didn't see yours? Give us a call at (904) 530-3195 and we're happy to talk it through.
Absolutely, well-behaved pets are part of the family here. We just ask that they stay leashed around the property and that you tidy up after them so the trails and grassy spots stay nice for the next folks.
Yes, the lake and ponds are open to registered guests. Bring a pole and a little patience, bass, bream, and catfish all show up. Florida fishing regulations apply, and we run a catch and release rule across the property so the fishing stays good for everyone who comes after you.
Things wind down around 9pm so the lake stays peaceful after dark. Soft conversation around the fire is always welcome, we just dial back the music and generators so everyone can sleep with the windows open.
Of course. Just ask them to swing by the office for a quick hello when they arrive, and then they're welcome to come on back to your site.
We sure do. Plenty of our guests settle in for a month or stick around for the season. Give us a call and we'll talk through what's open and find a site that suits you.
Check-in is from 1pm and check-out is by 11am. If your schedule doesn't quite line up, just give us a heads-up and we'll do our best to make it work.
